Cancel a pre-order any time before it ships and we'll refund the full amount to your card. Email us with your order email address.
If Leif isn't for you, return the key within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the price you paid. Email us first and we'll reply with where to send it. Return shipping is on you unless the key is faulty.
If your key stops working within a year because of a defect, we'll replace it or refund you, and we'll cover the shipping. A key that's been lost, crushed or taken apart isn't covered.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 5 business days of us approving them. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
